• Resolution of the problems and needs of Hardware.
• Checking and updating antivirus software.
• IT Consultant
• Remote Assistance.

Bonus Hours

It is designed for companies or individuals who need specific help to solve your computer problems.

Allows customers to control hours spent and that at any time it becomes aware of the hours consumed by our technicians.

No monthly fees and no travel costs, you only pay for what you consume.

This service is always done when the client makes a request for assistance.

• It is a IT contract for a number of hours (15, 30 or 45 hours).
• A greater number of hours contracted, the lower the price of the hour.
• The bonus contract does not expire in time.
• It is included labor, displacement and transport equipment if required.
• Onsite or remote assistance as necessary, always emphasizing the quality of service and speed of resolution.
• The first hour of attendance can not be split, from then on the rest are in fractions of ½ hour. Time Attendance is counted at technician arrival at customers home.
